Jacquie Munson-Gaines is Founder and President of JMG Human Resources Consulting. The firm specializes in providing personalized human resources solutions. She is an accomplished executive, business strategist and coach. JMG Human Resources Consulting is experienced in all HR disciplines. A few of the specialty areas in which services are offered include: Executive Recruitment, Organizational Leadership Assessment/Training, Executive Coaching, Meeting Facilitation, Outplacement/Transition Assistance, Performance Management, Succession Planning and Human Resources Support services.

Jacquie has an extensive track record for providing HR leadership and services. With over 18 years of human resources experience, Jacquie has earned a reputation for excellence. Her company works with organizations that want to unleash their human potential for optimum performance. Using breakthrough methodologies, Jacquie empowers companies to exceed expectations while improving employee satisfaction and promoting departmental effectiveness.

Before founding JMG Human Resources Consulting, Jacquie was Vice President of Human Resources within a large healthcare system. Prior to that, she served as an HR executive for Philip Morris USA, The Frito-Lay Company, Nortel Networks and Honeywell International. Jacquie is a creative management consultant and problem-solver with a reputation as a pioneer of fresh ideas. She is passionate about the critical role people play in business success.

Jacquie has sat on the Advisory Board of Guardian Angel Healthcare Services, a past board member of the Oakland/Livingston Human Services Agency and former member of the Quality and Medical Staff Evaluation Committee for St. Joseph Mercy- Oakland hospital. Jacquie is a community activist and volunteers her time working with children.
